A. When you submit your card details on our website we check that your card is genuine and that there are sufficient funds to cover your hotel accommodation purchase. We do not charge your card however, until after your booking is confirmed. At that time you will receive an email notification confirming your booking and payment. No money will be debited from your card if we are unable to confirm your booking.

A. If you are entitled to a refund then the amount involved will be credited directly to the credit card you used to pay for the booking initially.
